FNB - Worst Bank

Once again, FNB leaves me breathless and a bitter bitter taste in my mouth. ONE ACCOUNT is not available anymore for a reason, it should have been called a LAST ACCOUNT. So, Home Loan Department say Premier Banking works with the One Accounts and Premier Banking say Home Loans work with the One Accounts. Clearly no one wants to work with the One Accounts, for one simple reason, it is THE WORST, MOST CONFUSING account you will ever come across in your life. BUT that is not my main issue. It is the fact that FNB lies to their clients. I have app**** to have my One Account re- instated once again. And once again it was declined, but this time not because I could not supply them with a ITA34, but because the Credit Burau advised them that I have not enough disposable income to afford to repay the bond. When I contacted the Credit Burau they said I must please ask FNB to send me the communication that they said this, because they have nothing to do with my income, but only my credit rating. And according to them, there seem to be nothing wrong with my credit rating and FNB is taking a change. I have phoned FNB, and have escalated the issue, but when trying to follow this up, they keep on cutting the calls. I find it very frustrating. Who do you phone or contact for assistance?????????? I have logged onto my FNB Profile and the current income and expense list is completely outdated. This mean that FNB does not even update anything from the new application form. Merely doing nothing. Why should anyone pay any bank charges. If no service is available The contract I signed on the One Account clearly states, that it is an access Bond account. There is currently approx. R170 000 access money in my one account, which FNB keeps on rejecting to approve. I need this sorted ASAP. If this cannot be sorted, I want this to be changed to a normal bond account (at FNB’s account) as they never informed me that the one account is no longer available, my property re valuated, and a new loan application done. FNB is at this stage one of the worst banks to deal with.
