FNB WORST BANK

I have a problem where an account is'blocked' - went to see Bank manager at Cresta unhelpful. My son phoned from Australia- 47 minutes on the phone,spoke to 8 people all useless told to contact bank manager. Tried to phone him get thru to a call center. You cannot speak to the manager. We have been banking with this useless bank for 45 years. The worst bank in ZA.
