FNB Worst

I want to close my FNB accounts, it has been a month. I went to grove mall branch twice, zero was done and no one is contacting me. You cant contact anyone without the app, so customer care just went out the window on that one.

They deducted monthly fee again, I tried closing these accounts for a month, they just keep deducting.
