FNB worse than Standard bank can you believe it.
Waiting for a call back on a complaint for 48 hours still waiting 72 hours later. You got me to move over from Standard bank because their service was bad well I think your is worse.

16 Jan 2026, 09:46So you phone me today, claim that you have tried to call when I can see on my call history that hasn't happened. The call cut for some reason, no one calls back and the number you called from doesn't go through when I try and call you back. You cant call yourself customer service when there is clearly no customer service.
