Fnb worse service from credit card

Most pathetic service from fnb credit card ,despicable service form consultants telephonically and at the branch, how can people get jobs at the bank and not know what their job is? Worse service ever! Dnt be fooled by fnb , theyl contact you to get a credit card yet give you haphazard service!
