FNB worse experience ever after been a loyal client for years
Worse experience ever! Banking with FNB over 12 years and most pathetic service ever! I am appalled and will advise everyone to move to either Nedbank or ABSA

I understand the stress around this time, what i do not understand is FNBs treatment towards their customers, loyal customers!!!!
This pandemic will not last forever, this financial burden we all carry during this time will not last forever! But help from FNB was needed now!
ABSA ,NEDBANK has all helpes their clients, my friends relief fund was approved within 2 days! 2 days!
Yet i am waiting weeks for FNB????
