FNB Worse banking service

I am beyond frustrated and really looking to move to another bank.

First you debit my account multiple times for the monthly payment (unauthorised). I have engaged with multiple consultants and same feedback that matter being escalated to admin department...all I need to confirmation as to when will you reverse the funds to my account.
