FNB worse Bank in country, actually the world

The fact that I’ve given them 1 star is even generous. I’ve requested help from fnb consultants via secure chat 4 times yesterday morning, and for some odd reason, after I’ve asked for an explanation consultant goes quiet and conveniently disconnected.
