FNB - Worse BANK!!

I have a loan with FNB, firstly the contract stated that it will be paid to my FNB account and the same account will be debited monthly, but the money was paid to the wrong account and then they never debited my account I kept phoning in every month and they would tell me that the debit order is loaded and will be going off my account, the next month I called again and they said the same thing for 4 months, when I asked them if I can pay manually they said no the debit order is definitely loaded and even confirmed the banking details

When they started debiting my account after they debited incorrect amounts (between 2 – 4 instalments) every month and i had to phone them every month to reverse the balance which was done after spending hours on the phone and waiting a week for them to get it approved and sorted out, they kept saying that it’s a system issue but waste my time by spending hours on the phone and pay unpaid charges to have the balance reversed back to me

I have made a payment arrangement and my account is currently in arrears for 1 and a half month taking this month's debit order into account, i have called them for the past 8 months every month and there is no notes on the system even none for the agreement and i have to keep repeating myself every time i call i have send through a complaint on the 22/05 and the 31/05 and to date have received no feedback from FNB except that the account was debited that was used to pay the money to, which is a lie because I still use that account and there were no debit orders on that account

When i called them yesterday to change my debit order i spoke to the manager FRANS he advised me that because I changed my debit order date and the fact that my account has been conducted badly my instalment has been increased with R600 and I have to keep my agreement of paying the additional amount to catch up with the arrears and that the new instalment will be fixed for the remaining contract. This is because of FNB’s breach of contract that my account has been conducted badly in the 1st place and costing me. FRANS also advised that at the end of the contract i can request for a recon so they can calculate if they owe me any monies if I feel I have been overcharged it is impossible for me to pay an increased debit order and an additional amount towards the arrears and pay the same term but not be overcharge can they not do maths why wait for the contract to finish to do proper maths.

FNB is costing me a bad credit record, unnecessary unpaid charges, and endless phone calls. Thank you FNB as if you care,

Will this ever be sorted out!!!
