FNB working with ********?

A few days ago I wrote in because of frustration with FNB .To my surprise a consultant from FNB immediately called me and offered assistance after apologizing and taking down all my details yet again,I then received an email with the way forward of which I then forwarded to my bank(Capitec)

After providing everyone with whatever they wanted in order to resolve the matter I still don't know what's happening and this matter is over 2 months old my question is what are they doing with the frozen funds???IAM an unemployed single mother and iam being now and after holding ontothis money and investing IAM sure I won't get any interest and that is even if I end up getting any of it since now neither Capitec nor FNB is responding to my emails after money and time spending between internet cafe and police station it's obvious they working with ******** so I won't stop using all kinds of platforms this is very *****!!
