FNB working with **********

Not a Good Day

I am contacting you to let you know how DISGUSTED AND APPALLED I am with FNB. In the past 3 months I have had unauthorized debit orders on my FNB account from Cell C, funny thing is I have no contract in place with Cell C. I contacted my bank FNB regarding this and they gave me the details of the person at Cell C by the name of S'bongile Sibeko referenced on the Debit order. I have had 4 debit orders amounting to more than a R1000 rand so far. You guys at Cell C are really involved in ********** activities. I need someone to show me a contract I signed with Cell C, or even a telephone recording.

I informed FNB that I would like the debit order stopped, however to my surprise, they tole me that I have to deal with it myself and find out why and there is nothing they can do for me.

I mean I trusted this bank to keep my money safe, now that they have my business, they are able to act arrogant. FNB is probably working with these **********, after all, they can stop any debit order or transaction they wish however they are unwilling to do so.

I am busy sorting out a few things but very soon FNB will no longer be my bank indeed, unfortunately, you cannot trust any of these banks.
