FNB working hard to make a small business fail

As a small business I often need change. The latest value added service at FNB is that you can not get change....unless you withdraw from their ATM. I have R500 in my hand and its refused. Had to go outside withdraw R500, show my slip and get change. Then I had to go back to the ATM to deposit the R500 I already had in hand! Every single thing in this country is WORKING AGAINST a small business. I see from all the other reviews, FNB does not bother to reply. Hear no evil, see no evil and do only evil!
