FNB workers

When asked basic questions to the the call center agent they could not respond straight forwardly and suggested it was my job to know the answers to my questions such as 1) how many months do I have left on my contract? 2) what number of years my contract was? 3) cancellation fees. The basic question she could not answer and said I was fighting with him when suggested how *********** FNB Call Center agents are. Clearly banking with this bank is a fail considering the amount of challenges I have had thus far! When asked for his name, he immediately cut the call.... Suspicios much?
