FNB WOODMEAD WORST BANK....POOR PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

So my husband as a business account with FNB for the past couple of years. It was brought to our attention after months or years later that only his personal account was linked to Ebucks. All this time he has be swiping and paging with his business and couldn't understand why our ebucks is so low. FNB Bedford have been amazing with taking over our account and guiding us this far. Although after meeting with the correct persons at Woodmead discussing our concerns was told to send through an email. All done and still no response from them. I require urgent feedback from them as I am owed tons of ebucks. This process is be long drawn out and I am loosing ebucks daily as I'm not sure what's is the status of this account. If I dont get notified I will have to start going public to see how many consultant gain the tick on new client but dont give the unknowing client all benefits they deserve while banking with FNB....DISTGUSTED with FNB Woodmead
