FNB Woodmead (Patience Mapuru) put my account on hold for 4 days due Funds verification

I would like to express the level of disgust and anger due to the incompetence and inconvenience caused by the First National Bank Woodmead Branch in Gauteng. On Friday the 10 March 2023, I went into a branch to order cash, which is their procedure. I was told to come in the following day (Saturday 11 March 2023), my appointment was secured by the person called Tsakani under supervision of Patience Mampuru. On Saturday morning I arrived at the branch, during the process of the transaction I was told to submit the source of funds. Which I feel I could have been told on the day I went to make an appointment. This displayed so much inefficiencies and incompetence of the personnel. I submitted what I thought was enough to verify funding, because they were not explicit on what they deemed sufficient as source of funding, i was told that the document was not sufficient; instead I needed to submit proof of payment from the client. Another display of incompetence, running the bank as if its some banana republic. By the time I receive the proof of payment from the client, I was told that the tellers were closed. I went back on Monday (13 March 2023) at 10h00am submitted the documents required, I was told to wait until 15h00. To be told that the process of verifying the legitimacy of the funding takes about 24 hours. If they knew that, why make me sit there the whole day and waste my time. What ****es me off is that my business receives money from my client every months, why do the verification of funds every time i need to withdraw cash for my day to day running of my business? Today (14 March 2023) 24hours has lapsed, no call from FNB no nothing. Meanwhile my business is losing money because my employees are on tools down because they have been waiting for their wages from 11 March 2023, my clients are not pleased because all my projects are standing still because my funds are locked in that stupid account because my account is frozen. I want my account opened so I can transfer all my funds and close that stupid account, all my employees will close their salary accounts from FNB, I am going to terminate all my bonds and car financing agreements from FNB because there is no points of trading with a bank that doesn’t give a **** about the survival of and the existence of my business. NXAAAAAAAAAA.
