Fnb Woodbridge fails to close my account

I went to Fnb Woodbridge in Glen Marais Kempton Park to close my Aspire account and to open an Easy cheque account on Sat the 16th of October.

I specifically asked the bank to close my Aspire Account and up to date it was not done, My account is now-R663 because the bank still allowes debits to go through and for each unpaid debit they charge R115.00.

If Fnb want me to close my other account which they've opened they must let me know and I'll go to another bank. After many years of being with them they have seriously put me off.

Fnb Woodbridge you've really dissapointed me, !!,why would I have 2 Accounts with you?

I will not pay for the bank fees on the Aspire Account because you didn't do your job.!!!!!!!
