FNB wont update my banking profile

On my FNB Banking profile I have a credit card for Discovery Bank. The card was closed but the credit card is not being removed from my profile. I am transferred from pillar to post between FNB and Discovery Bank, no one wants to assist and it cases me huge problems, case in point i accidentally transferred money into the closed account and now Discovery since 7 January 2022 is not refunding me.
