FNB WON'T REMOVE CREDIT CARD FROM CREDIT REPORT!!! 🤬🤬🤬

I requested for a credit card to be removed from my credit record/report in January 2022. A credit card that I finished paying off in JULY 20121! To date it still appears as active on my credit report. I have called, I have emailed I have been sent from pillar to post, **** to and made a fool! Their service in this regard is disgusting to say the least !!
