FNB Won't Refund *****ulent Transaction

I purchased an item on a *****ulently cloned website. My item was never delivered - and the website claimed they processed my refund. I reported this to FNB for them to reverse this transaction and refund me my money.

This should be a simple matter but now this is the 4th.month being sent from pillar to post and being given many reference numbers for ny case. They even cancelled the card I used so that they cld accept my case.

But still I have not received my refund and FNB are doing nothing about this.
