FNB won’t refund money taken through Apple Pay
Please do not use Apple Pay with FNB. I signed up for Apple Pay because I saw it being advertised. It said it was a convenient way for me to access my account. Then R13,000 was taken out of my account on Dec 18. After 6 weeks of following up I was told that I would not be repaid because it was a secure payment and FNB is not liable. Because I had signed up with Apple Pay (after seeing it on the FNB app) they would not refund me. I find this extremely unfair and I would like all FNB clients to know that they shouldn’t use Apple Pay because if there is ***** they will NOT be refunded. They will be left stranded. I have been a client for almost 8 years. I am so disappointed and disgusted with FNB.

07 Feb 2024, 14:07The other issue is that I had four ***** cases with FNB last year. My hard earned money is not safe. When I told them there was ***** the transactions were still pending. Then FNB still put them through. I thought they would have stopped the payments to verify. Please check your FNB account consistently. You might be ********** and not know it
