FNB: Won't listen (pathetic as usual)

Individual CRS: When will you listen and try to understand that my company pays tax for me in Angola, I do NOT have a tax number! I have tried explaining this on several occassions, and now your latest call centre ***** wants to know how I pay tax in Angola and I don't have a tax number??? teach your call centre staff listening s****s first, then call me. AGAIN, tax is paid on my behalf by my company (based on my local contract), I do NOT have a tax number and will not be getting a tax number in the future!
