FNB WONT ISSUE ME A PAID UP LETTER

I have paid you in full fnb,20k to be exact.Still no paid up letter.I still have a judgement but you have added paid up credit card to my credit profile.This does not help me,can you please email my paid up letter so I can remove this judgement,as i am purchasing a vehicle.
