FNB Wont help long standing clients in times of need

FNB won't assist long standing clients with renegotiation of loans even in a time when people are suffering and struggling. The agents are rude and speak over you repeating the same thing over and over without allowing you to speak. When requesting to speak to a supervisor they refuse to put you through but rather keep repreating that they don't assist with negotiation of loans!!! I am so sick and tired of FNB and the lack of actual human compassion shown to people. As a person with multiple accounts with this institution I think it is perhaps best to move all my accounts somewhere else.
