FNB won't give my money back even when it was paid into a non existant account
I have been trying to contact FNB all week and I can't even get through to a consultant. My query still has not been solved after 2 weeks of trying. Instead they want to charge me R326 ( it's no longer R313) for a pay to cell that was made to a non existant account.

21 Nov 2020, 11:16I am still awaiting response, from fnb, I have called, send DMs on Facebook and tweeter, I have over 4 queries and 2 complaints over the same thing. I have rep**** to your emails and then no one bothers to reply. Can FNB management please call me back, I no longer was to log queries. I just want management to call me back.
