FNB wont email statements any longer

From next month FNB is not emailing out statements any longer. I have a rule set up in my email to move statements to a specific folder, which means that I have statements for the past couple of years there for easy access. Now I have to download it within 12 months or else I will pay for statements. Also, the onus is now on me to do this regularly. So FNB is making my life more difficult because of its relentless push to use its stupid app. I agreed to not receive paper statements, because email is green and more convenient. I honestly dont need another thing in my life to remember - just keep on emailing me my statements. The cost for an email is zero! Why dont you listen to your clients???
