FNB won’t downgrade my account

FNB won’t let me downgrade my cheque account from premier to Gold, the fees I’m paying now are too much R300 before other charges is too much, I tried calling and visiting the branch and I was promised a downgrade within 2 weeks but still nothing.

Kindly get this resolved as soon as possible as I’m now considering joining a different where I’ll be valued as a customer.
