FNB WONT DOWNGRADE MY ACCOUNT

On the 3rd of October send a message to fnb on their secure chat to request a down grade on my cheque account and its still haven't been done , last Friday i went inside the bank directly and i got a reference on the secure chat again to say some will attend o it its not done. 2 days AGO go i also sent a message and they said something will look into it im still waiting. Come month end i wont pay those chq account fees i will only pay a pro rata fee until the 3rd ...why isnt anyone that why i am moving ABSA ...VERY BAD SERVICE ..JUST DOWNGRADE THE ACCOUNT
