FNB WON'T DOWNGRADE MY ACCOUNT.

I have for several times, tried to engage with fnb so they can downgrade my account Private Wealth Account to a normal gold cheque account. But it seems like they are not prepared. I am now left with no choice but to move to another financial institution. With them I will be forced to settle their credit facility and leave.
