FNB won't close settled loan account and keep debiting my cheque account

1.FNB offered me a 25% discount to pay off a revolving loan. 2. 26 Nov - I paid the settlement and followed up with a phone call for the account to be closed and was sent from pillar to post then finally told it will take 7 days 3. 30 Dec - FNB tried to debit R588.53 + R604.31 for the said revolving loan. My account had no money and because I have a overdraft they charged me R110 x 2 for the returned debit orders 4. 01/12 - I was charged a service fee of R57.50 and interest of R287.7 on the revolving loan 5. I have made numerous calls. Today 15 Dec Tiisetso from FNB informed me that Martha updated the system on 9 Dec that the account was settled but it is still showing that I have a balance of R7557
