FNB WON'T CLOSE ACCOUNT UNFAIR BANKING PRACTISE
I tried to close my FNB account but FNB refused to Because the risk is too high i had a credit card with FNB but went under sequestration in 2014 in the mean time ALL DEBT HAS BEEN PAID VIA THE TRUSTEES BERAU TRUST ACCORDING TO THE TRUSTEES FNB FAILED TO CONTACT THE TRUSTEES I'LL SENT A LETTER FROM THE TRUSTEES STATING THE DEBT HAS BEEN PAID I'LL THEN LAY A COMPLAINT AT THE BANKING OMBUDSMAN AND CONTACT THE MINISTER OF FINANCE'S OFFICE ASWELL

02 Jul 2020, 09:50Still can't close account i came to the branch at River Square there was a very long line the same lady who told me she cant close the account asked me what am i there for maybe she has a very short memory but still she told me she can't help now i wont be liable for any more banking fees payable not to mention my petrol im wasting driving up and down
