FNB won't apologise even when they are wrong
So even after founding the call where I was advised that if I clear some debt that I would qualify I still haven't received an apology. So even when your **** bank is in the wrong you wont apologise. People don't go to FNB they will call you a **** and just leave it. They think they are better than their clients
