FNB Wonder Woman

I walked in the store looking for advise, I received more than that, I received warmth, care and an understanding of what I needed. I was then offered what I needed instead of what I thought I want. This is through the consumer care of the Branch manager of FNB/RNB Sandton. @Lungi Ndaba. Got more lessons of how to handle consumers as a business person myself. I think she deserves to be the face of FNB or the head of consumer relations country wide, because her persistence to hp consumers outwits that to make an impression as just the branch manager, she has helped me realise that it actually isn't about what the bank can do for us, but it is actually about what the consumer needs and catering to that need.
