fnb won't reverse my funds during transaction which didn't go through during loadshedding

I am very dissapointed in the service I received from Fnb on the 27-05-2015 I used a standard bank to withdraw cash which is closer to work and during the transaction the card came out and in seconds awaited the funds to be withdrawn and during those seconds the electricity went off and machine went off and I called the guard infront of the camera to report the issue and even went into the bank immediately but standard bank was helpful enough to give me all the details to give to fnb to reverse my funds. I filled in the forms and provided all my details and fnb reversed the R800 rand that was owed to be then few days later they took the money back with no explanation and then I sent the form again and the agent said there was an error but it will be paid back and it was done so a few days later again. And then 2 months later I receive an email the atm I initially withdrew from balanced and they have no choice but to take the money back? What nonsense is this why should I be penalised for loadshedding and have money taken away from me when I did nothing wrong? The money was not dispensed there's cameras right there? Please refund my money as as there negative transactions are affect
