FNB ,WOLF IN SHEEP SKIN

Im looking for my money on the 32 days notice,and i was told my cheque acc is owing R11000 ,this account was last used in 2008,on top of that i have a proof from lawyers to show that it was paid Dec last year,but i have another one which was not used and it was closed within 3 months,why this one was not closed?,so that they suck my money, thats why am saying FNB is just wolf in a sheep skin,this HOW CAN WE HELP YOU,ACTUALLY IS,HOW CAN WE EAT/CHOW YOUR MONEY.
