FNB witholding my funds

I am absolutely sick and tired of this bank. I had a large sum of money come into my account. They placed a hold on my funds pending validation, I provided the documents they needed. They turned around and asked for more documents which they did not require initially. They are giving me a complete run around. It's gotten to the point where I am loving hand to mouth with money that I cannot access in my bank account. I want to get my money and leave this bank. Please help if anybody can.
