FNB withholds SARS refund.

This is truly infuriating and unacceptable! My tax refund was paid into my FNB account last week on the 19th of August. The day after it was paid FNB decided to put MY funds on hold, with no notification or warning. I went into the FNB branch in Seapoint, where no one could explain to me what was happening. I ended up having to call the call centre myself! where I was given a vague scripted B.S explanation about a pledge being placed on the funds, which the call centre agent herself could not explain to me. I was told it would take 48 hours to be released. It has now been 5 days!!!

This is my money which I have already waited so long to receive, which is now being held back for no good reason

Please explain yourself FNB!?!
