FNB withholding Sars refund

FNB has been withholding 2 Sars refund to my account one of which has been for more than 3 weeks. The funds are displaying in my balance but not my available balance. I’ve made 4 calls to FNB, each time not getting any answers as to why it’s taking this long. The consultants read a standard message that says it will take 48h- 6 workings says to be released. They have no answers for me as to why it’s been almost 3 weeks and they /I would have to find out?? I have confirmed with my accountant that Sars has released the funds and the hold is directly with FNB. I have been informed that this is not the first time that FNB has been accused of doing this to other consumers: As a loyal customer to FNB for over a decade I’m rather disappointed in the service provided and the delay as to why I’m not able to access my own funds!
