Fnb withholding my money despite All documents submitted

Fnb withholding my FUNDS despite all documents submitted! I am frustrated with FNB, this is the money I need to survive. I have been waiting for this money for months and months, I have debt that are behind already, I have deadlines now FNB is doing this!! I need my money released ASAP.
