Fnb withholding my money!!!!

I wish i could even give them a zero. I plan to take all my family members off FNB. A receipient has been trying to send me a large sum of money fnb to fnb but it never reflects!! Now i am unable to cover and attend my brother's funeral. Yesterday they gave the sender a payment reference number VODSV4SS8ZNK but still there is no money in. I gave them all the sender details which is below Bank:FNB Account Holder:Umqhele Inc Account No: *** Branch: MyBranch Branch Code: 250655

Yesterday they claimed that they would sent the paymwnts in 3 batches and send the first batch reference number above. Where is that money??? I cant go to a funeral because of their lies. Everytime i give them a call or chat, they said tje sender must call but she has called non stop her number is +***2 and its available always why withhold my funds. Notjing i can do as i am just a 'receipient'. I am disheartened beyond measure
