FNB withholding my funds because I debit orders went through on the dates that I did not authorise and the account was overdrawn

FNB does not value their clients. I am a Private Clients Account Holder but their treatment is way low to a level of a person without an account.

I have a Revolving Loan account, which I have never defaulted in paying back the loan. According to their contract, I need to pay back/transfer an amount of 15% approximate to the Credit Limit if I need access to funds.

On the 27th of January 2020, I transferred an amount of R4 000.00 to the revolving loan account for the funds to be 15% and available. Until now the funds together with my R4000.00 is not available to take.

I tried their App Banking Suite to be kept on a que for 30 minutes and then received a message that "We have not received a response from you. Please Chat back at your convenient time".I mean really after holding my cellphone for 30minutes waiting for a que. I then retried the Banking Suite through app and again after almost 15 minutes I received the same message. What type of service is that??

On the third attempt, after waiting for response on the app for another 7 minutes, a very helpless chat friend informed me there is nothing he/she can do with my query since it needs the Revolving Loan Department's attendance. So what is the use of that Suite if their duty is they can't do anything it needs another department?? Alright he/she provided me with the number ***, and that's where the biggest nightmare started.

I called the number ***, went through their robotic procedures of verification, and boom a consultant picks up. I explained the same story to the consultant that " I transferred funds to my revolving loan account to the value of R4000.00 so that I can access 15% of the funds". The consultant, after I explained my story amazingly told me that it needs the Revolving Loan Department's attendance and even gave me the number ***. I said this is strange because it is the same number I called and spoke to her, the consultant gave me an excuse that because I punched in my ID number, I was transferred to Private Banking Suite. I mean really, I called the number for Revolving Loans but now I am on Banking Suite????

I said okay, transfer me back to Revolving Loan. After she transferred me here comes the same process of verification for me to punch in the ID number. After putting in the ID number, back to Private Banking Suite. What type of game is this. The second time I asked the consultant "Tell me, from your knowledge, why do you think the money I transferred is not available". Her response "It shows that your Cheque Account was overdrawn early January and there were Debit Orders you reversed so no amount will be available to you"........I mean guys, the account was overdrawn because of unauthorised Debit Orders, I am even penalised of reversing Debit Orders I did not authorised for those dates.

The account was even overdrawn for not more than 7 days, on the 2nd January when my salary got in the account went back to normal. But FNB is now withholding funds because I reversed unauthorised Debit Orders. They even Charged me R120.00 per debit orders which went through on the dates I did not authorise. What type of business is this??

I no longer care about the 15% availability on the loan account. But I need my R4000.00 that I transferred on the 27th January 2020. Remember FNB have internal linked debit order for this account. So the Debit Order can go through month end, right now I need my R4000.00 that I transferred on the 27th.

I am very disappointed. They even activate things without communication, but they expect clients to communicate if they need to change things. In our culture they say "Practice What you Sing". FNB does not do that. I would not have transferred my money to that account if they communicated that no funds will be available because I pay them through debit order.
