Fnb withholding my funds

: HP CARE REFERENCE ***NF- REFUND REQUEST - Fnb confirmed they will refund partial amount of R6000 and promised to refund me within 24hours ,it's been 48hours and still nothing in my account, on Monday I will be send a lengthy email to the ombudsman
