FNB withholding my available funds

1. FNB has incorrectly calculated my bank balance due to their virtual card problems 2. Their app and the website give 2 different balances 3. I lodged a complaint which they ignored 4. I can not access money I need due to basic addition and subtraction issues with my bank. A FINANCIAL institution.
