FNB withholding money.

I got reported for ***** by a customer who thought he could **** me by taking a product and getting his money back, a case was opened and I sent in evidence to show that he did recieve what he payed for yet FNB is still withholding the money I am owed, looks like I will never get my money back as everytime I try and communicate there is no one to talk to, in the meantime I have moved to another bank and stopped using my FNB account, I don't see why I should use a bank who does not value their customers. It has been months and no word.
