FNB withholding funds ********ly

I am having a huge problem having my funds released from FNB. My business account overdraft was unpaid for 7 months and subsequently my account was put on hold. This is totally understandable as the account hadnt been paid as i was waiting for a VAT refund from SARS to cover the outstanding balance of +/-R335000 overdraft. On the 5th of July 2019, i finally received my refund and FNB was happy to reclaim the entire outstanding balance. However, say to me that they cannot release my funds pending verification from SARS? This is total and utter contradictory business practice as FNB is happy to take whatever is owed to them but will not allow me access to my funds. It is now 20 August 2019 and still have not received any calls with updates, your staff elude me with excuses that make no sense ethically when i call personally. I have had enough now. I want my funds released or i am moving forward with legal action against the bank. There are outstanding balances on my credit card as well as a business revolving loan. These outstanding amounts can be deducted and i want the balance of my funds made available TODAY! I can be reached on my cell number. This matter needs to be treated as URGENT and requires immediate resolving. Stop playing double standards FNB and do the right thing.
