FNB withholding funds

My stepfather passed away in August 2016 and was buried mid August. Since the 24/09/2016, my mother has been trying to access his FNB account to no avail.

They were married in community of property. She obtained a letter from the High Court in PE instructing the bank to make the funds available to her... FNB is sending her from pillar-to-post.

To make matters worse, when she was unhappy with the service of the sales consultants Sphokazi & Ntuthu and requested to see the branch manager at Madiba Bay branch in PE the branch manager refused to speak to her.

"FNB: how can we help you"...We still awaiting for the funds.
