FNB withholding customer funds *******ly

I've recently received funds which was more than what my revolving facility amount was meaning that I have a surplus. So I tried to transfer from my revolving facility to my cheque account only to find out that I can't do any transfers from my revolving facility to my other accounts to settle arrears. I have been given the run around since 6 December 2023 and the private clients service consultants promised to give me feedback since Friday. To this end I have not have any success. It's my own finance and I am suffering to even buy food for me and my family and my festive season has taken a dark turn for the worst. I will advise anyone to never open a revolving account because FNB will keep your own money away from you once you have a surplus amount. I will definitely be closing my FNB account and move to their competition.
