FNB withholding bank balance

I operated an account with FNB and they asked for updating with KYC in April 2023 which I did through the sunninghill branch.Despite all that they went ahead to terminate relationship with money in my account in both rands and Usd which was in my global account.Have been to the branch since April 2023 to try them refund my balances .My FNB rands account is *** and global account is *** and reference no for the case is ***.
