FNB with empty promises, I need my money

I wrote on this platform about FNB Mount Frere services. There were two amounts of R3527 each that were debited from my account with them. I visited the branch and was told there was nothing they can do. After writing a review here, they called me to the bank and I went. I was told that it was possible to do the reversal of the 2 amounts but will have to wait for 40 days ( Noah's flood days). It was on the 26 January that I received an email confirming that 40 days. Yesterday marked exactly day 40 but because it was a public holiday I told myself that today there will be funds in my account. There is nothing. The 40 days I counted I even excluded Saturdays and Sundays though they are open on Saturdays. Kindly remind them that I'm still waiting for my money, patiently. If I made a mistake in counting the days, then they need to tell me when is their day 40
