FNB with empty promises

I wrote a review about this Bank, and because they keep on promising heavens I have to write another one. Yes I'm a FNB user but the way how the bank is treating my family isn't nice, as a result informaing my family members to switch to other banks might be helpful... I mean like what type of a bank that cannot help you about your money that you've worked for?

After I wrote a first review they phoned me, and I gave them my aunt's number and they could contacted her and they said they'll get back to her now now (Monday) today it's Thursday but nothit. The money is needed but they don't care about that all they care about its to keep on promising with no actions.

Honestly, this must go to another level, R5000 may be a change on some people, but to us it's a lot and there was a very serious and valid reason for that money at the first place, and we made a plan hoping that we'll be helped, but no, it's like a ****!
