FNB WILL/ESTATE DEPARTMENT

FNB shouldn't handle your will or estate, my mother has passed almost two years ago and it's still on going. I follow up every week as a way to speed things up, but it doesn't make a difference. My mother's estate has been handled by so many consultants that I don't even know who is handling it now. The consultants I have communicated with and have emails to prove it are: Natasja Roodt, Fhatuwani Mulangeni, Mpho Netshirembe, Sipho Mahungela, H Muller and now the current consultant Fhatuwani is out of office and his automated email states I must speak to Dineo Mamatho. I did that and now Dineos email states I must contact Lerato Mogorosi. Although I have written to all of them numerous times, I still don't know where they stand with it. I have a younger sister who needs school supplies, but is unable to get them because of FNB's unprofessional handling of wills and estates. The only feedback you receive is that they are waiting for a Masters High Court. At this point, I'm even unsure whether my case is being worked on.
